Innovating from traditional child care center design where ages are segregated, each pavilion houses a family unit of multiple age groups organized around a spacious family room. The heart of the center holds the main entry, an indoor activity space, and a commercial kitchen. Designed and executed by JHW while an Associate at CUH2A, Inc., this center is a valuable asset for Pfizer employees, enhancing recruitment and retention.
